Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("QuickConverse", "we", "us") for use of the QuickConverse website and platform. By using the platform you agree to them.

The service

QuickConverse helps businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, including campaigns, a shared inbox and automated replies. Features marked "coming soon" are not yet available and may change.

Your account

You're responsible for the people you give access to, keeping login details secure, and the activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and Meta's terms.
  • Only message people who have agreed to hear from your business on WhatsApp.
  • Not send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers or WhatsApp numbers at risk.

Your data

Your business owns the data it puts into the platform, including customer details and messages. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Fees

Fees are set out in your order or agreement with us. WhatsApp charges some messages separately; Meta bills those directly to your WhatsApp Business account.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and may improve or change features over time. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect how you use it.

Termination

You can stop using the platform at any time. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. After termination, we'll delete your data as described in our privacy policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is". We aren't responsible for the availability of WhatsApp or Meta's services, or for decisions Meta makes about your account, numbers or templates. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12 months] before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [CITY].
