When you visit our website: technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics cookies.
When your business uses the platform: account details for your team, and the data your business processes through WhatsApp, such as customer names, phone numbers and message content. For this data, your business is the controller and we process it on your behalf.
How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and discuss whether QuickConverse is right for you.
- To provide, secure and improve the platform.
- To send and receive WhatsApp messages on your business's instructions.
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp and Meta
QuickConverse connects to WhatsApp through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages sent and received through the platform are processed by Meta according to Meta's own terms and policies. Your business remains responsible for obtaining customers' consent to be contacted on WhatsApp.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Meta, to deliver WhatsApp messages.
- Service providers that host and operate our infrastructure, under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Google, for website analytics.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Data retention
We keep demo request details for up to [24 months] unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Platform data is kept while your business's account is active and deleted within [90 days] after it closes, unless your business asks us to delete it earlier.
Security
We protect data with access controls, separation between each business's data, and encryption of the credentials that connect WhatsApp numbers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
